I am a social change agent.

What does it mean to be a social change agent? It means that I intentionally choose to work on projects or with organizations and people who are seeking to create positive and lasting change in the world.

I believe strongly in the power of community-building, group visioning, and evaluation to illuminate where we need change, and how to create it.  Social innovators have big ideas.  My job is to help social innovators and social organizations hone their ideas, design effective implementation plans, measure results, and communicate findings in a powerful way.

My work has both a local and international focus.  I believe there are important learnings that happen when working in these different spheres, and I strive to map this overlap and share it with colleagues and clients.

I utilize many tools and practices in order to create social change.  I have experience in the following areas:

  • Data-driven decision-making

  • Developmental evaluation

  • Educational role-play game design
